History

  • October 2003 – Aldiss Gold Project (100%) was acquired from Moto Goldmines Limited for a consideration of two million Integra shares and $250k in cash plus a 0.75% net smelter royalty capped at $500k after the first 50koz produced.  No resources were quoted at the time.
  • March 2005 – Randalls Project (100%) was acquired from Solomon (Australia) Pty Ltd for a total consideration of 500k shares + bonds equating to an acquisition cost of $2 per ounce.  Total resources at acquisition were 2.2Mt at 3.9g/t gold for 282koz.
  • February 2006 – Resource estimate is released totalling 14Mt at 2.6g/t gold for 1.2Moz which includes the stand out Maxwells deposit at Randalls which contains 3Mt at 4.0g/t gold for 376koz.
  • May 2006 – New Celebration plant was acquired for a total consideration of $3.0 million.  The plant is rated at 1.3 - 1.5Mtpa for fresh ore and is located 70km by road from the Randalls Project.
  • May 2006 – Release of pre-feasibility study recovering 410koz gold at a 2.6g/t gold head grade at cash costs of $548/oz from ore sourced from the Aldiss and Randalls Project.  The Company decided to continue with an aggressive exploration programme to add at least 100koz to mineable resources and extend the start up mine life over five years.
  • May 2007 – Announces the discovery of the Salt Creek gold deposit.
  • June 2007 – Red Dale Project (100%) an option to acquire was paid ($30k for a 12 month option) followed by an option to elect to pay $200k and $200k worth of shares for a 100% interest.  This Project is located directly north of the Salt Creek gold deposit.
  • July 2007 – A 40 person mining camp was purchased from Haddington International for $350k.  The camp is less than five years old and is complete with all fittings, appliances and equipment.
  • July 2007 – Mount Monger Project (100%) was purchased for a total consideration of $250k + $280k in bonds.
  • January 2008 – Three new prospect areas defined at the Randalls Project: Mohegan, Salt Creek South and Lucky Bay North.
  • January 2008 – Substantial increase in the consolidated gold resource base to 1.6Moz of gold at a grade of 2.8g/t.
  • June 2008 – 60% increase in Salt Creek gold resource estimate.  Consolidated Aldiss-Randalls Resource base increased to 1.8 million contained ounces.
