GAWLER CRATON

Neales River

(EL3835 previously EL2936 – Integra 100%)

In November 2006, Integra secured the involvement of the world’s largest gold producer, Barrick Gold, in the continued evaluation of its Oodnadatta Copper-Gold Project, in South Australia, with a $3 million farm-in agreement.

Barrick Gold of Australia Ltd is continuing the evaluation of this project, which includes the Borthanna target, for large-scale Olympic Dam-style deposits.

The Barrick farm-in marked the culmination of work by Integra to advance the Oodnadatta Project, located 400km north northwest of Olympic Dam within the major G2 Corridor - the same Gawler Craton margin structure interpreted from aeromagnetics and gravity data that hosts the Olympic Dam copper-uranium-gold and Mount Gunson copper deposits.

During the first half of 2007, Barrick identified several anomalies, including six targets, commencing drilling on at least four of the targets in the latter part of the year.

Barrick’s exploration program follows a diamond drilling program conducted by Integra at the Borthanna target during 2006.

Integras’ program was based on magnetic and gravity data modelling which revealed several discrete gravity anomalies on the margins of the Allandale Complex, located at the intersection of the northwest trending G2 Corridor and a regional northeast trending structural zone.

Integra aimed to penetrate the top of the gravity body #1. Due to technical difficulties encountered and the subsequent farm-in by Barrick, the drilling program was delayed.

Maglia Hill and Four Hills

(EL3764, EL3793 – 100% Integra)

The Barrick farm-in agreement was just one result of the gravity/magnetic inversion modelling completed as part of the Company’s regional review of its Oodnadatta Project.

The modelling review also led to a successful application by Integra for two new tenements in the Neales River region, on the eastern margin of the Gawler Craton. This region is considered prospective for ‘Olympic Dam’ iron-oxide copper-gold (IOCG) mineralisation

In June 2007, Integra was granted the tenements - Maglia Hill and Four Hills - which have highly prospective inversion model features consistent with well-developed magnetite-hematite alteration systems associated with IOCG mineralisation.

Integra is conducting ground gravity surveys of both Maglia Hill and Four Hills, to assist in drill target identification.
